This holiday season, Maison Fleuret invites you to discover a joyful and creative take on the iconic French croissant.
For this special Christmas edition, our pastry chefs will guide you through the art of French viennoiserie as you craft beautiful Christmas-tree-shaped croissants, filled with a smooth, delicate chestnut cream, a comforting winter flavor that perfectly captures the magic of the season.
You’ll explore the essential techniques of “tourage” (laminating), shaping, and baking, while adding your own festive touch to transform a beloved classic into a playful holiday creation.
Wrapped in warm, buttery aromas and Christmas spirit, this hands-on workshop promises a moment that’s both gourmet and enchanting.
At the end of the class, enjoy your freshly baked, warm creations and take home your festive croissants, perfect to share with loved ones or to bring a touch of holiday cheer to your table.
