This gesture, both elegant and promising, aptly illustrates our desire to highlight the work and beauties of the human hand, its ability to cultivate, transform, create, sublimate, and pass on traditions, guided by a curious, inventive, and sharp spirit akin to the "fleuret" (the foil in French) of a fencer...

Who We Are
The outset
The Baking School
Our concept began in 2017 with The Pastry & Bakery Classes by Maison Fleuret, imparting the secrets of indispensable French culinary craftsmanship, now universally recognized.
We now have three workshops in Paris: in the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Notre-Dame de Paris district. Each day, our team of pastry chefs passes on these skills to people from around the world.
Saints-Pères celebrates words. La Hune celebrates art.
Beyond Coffee, A Story Unfolds
Since 2022, Rue des Saints-Pères has been home to Maison Fleuret’s literary Coffee Shop & Kitchen. Located in a former bookstore, it preserves the spirit of the written word while offering a warm, contemporary space for savoring sweet and savory creations, to enjoy on-site or to take away. A place where past and present meet, where tastes travel, and where we imagine the flavors of tomorrow with care and intention.
In September 2025, we expanded our universe with the opening of La Hune, our Coffee Shop Gallery on Place Saint-Germain. This new address brings together craftsmanship, art, and culinary exploration, an evolving space where exhibitions, creations, and encounters unfold at the heart of one of Paris’s most iconic squares.
Together, Rue des Saints-Pères and La Hune form two complementary worlds, each expressing a different facet of Maison Fleuret: one rooted in literature, the other in artistic dialogue, both guided by the same commitment to beauty, meaning, and taste.
Maison Fleuret Arrives in New York
Introducing Wooster Street
In 2025, Maison Fleuret expands to New York with the opening of its new atelier on Wooster Street in SoHo. This iconic neighborhood becomes the bridge between Parisian elegance and New York’s creative pulse.
At Wooster, we reinterpret our French heritage with a fresh, contemporary vision, offering experiences that unite craftsmanship, flavor, and cultural discovery. Guided by passionate pastry chef, each moment invites you to explore a refined world where tradition meets innovation.
More than a location, Wooster is a new chapter for Maison Fleuret: a place of inspiration, authenticity, and unforgettable encounters.
