It occupies the former artist workshops of the renowned contemporary painter Pierre Soulages, and it is in this spirit that we have combined artworks, manuscripts, antique herbariums, and modern touches, creating an eclectic and warm universe for your culinary experiences, reflecting our love for the art, culture, and soul of the City of Light.
