  • Give your stay a distinctly French touch
  • Workshop led by a Certified Pastry Chef

Originating in the 16th century and greatly admired by Queen Catherine de Medici, macarons saw their glory days in royal extravagance. Over the centuries, their popularity waned until recently, in the early 21st century, when a pastry chef, Pierre Hermé, revived their trendiness with creativity and skill.

Today, macarons represent an emblem of French patisserie, evolving with seasons, flavors, and colors, showcasing various delightful facets of our culture! During the class, you'll don the role of a pastry chef, creating your personalized macarons with your favorite colors and flavors from start to finish!

About us

Our concept began in 2017 with pastry and bakery classes, imparting the secrets of indispensable French culinary craftsmanship, now universally recognized. We now have three workshops in Paris: in the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Notre-Dame de Paris district. Each day, our team of pastry chefs passes on these skills to people from around the world.

Since 2022, we've also opened a literary coffee shop on Rue des Saints-Pères, Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, in a former bookstore, preserving its spirit and ambiance, offering dine-in and take-out options, savory and sweet, blending past and present, here and elsewhere, mindful of our Earth and exploring the flavors of tomorrow.

The verb "fleurer" brings to mind the action of a pastry chef dusting flour onto there table before working the dough... This gesture, both elegant and promising, aptly illustrates our desire to highlight the work and beauties of the human hand, its ability to cultivate, transform, create, sublimate, and pass on traditions, guided by a curious, inventive, and sharp spirit akin to the "fleuret" (the foil in French) of a fencer...

Maison Fleuret offers authentic and unique moments and experiences, whether you're dropping by our literary coffee shop to delight your taste buds and mind or choosing one of our bakery and pastry classes. We are dedicated to providing rare moments, timeless memories, paying homage to taste, craftsmanship, refinement, arts, and the art of living, celebrating life and enlightened spirits!
