Colorful, indulgent, and airy, éclairs and choux delight us during teatime or make their appearance as desserts in family gatherings; they are an indispensable part of our gastronomy! The choux pastry can be crafted into numerous pastries, and we've carefully designed this class around éclairs and choux, which you'll learn to create and personalize with our team of professional pastry chefs!

Food
All the raw materials are provided. Once the baking workshop is finished, you leave with your creations. We also provide transport packaging.
