Located in the historical neighborhoods of Le Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés & Notre-Dame de Paris  in the heart of Paris, our baking courses aim to recreate the atmosphere of family gatherings and childhood recipe flavors while transmitting cherished traditions and immersing everyone in a warm and intimate universe. These classes are led by certified pastry chefs who are delighted to share their expertise, engage in discussions, and offer personal advice on cooking, Paris, and French culture. 

Since 2022, we've also opened a literary Coffee & Kitchen on Rue des Saints-Pères, Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, in a former bookstore, preserving its spirit and ambiance, offering dine-in and take-out options, savory and sweet, blending past and present, here and elsewhere, mindful of our Earth and exploring the flavors of tomorrow.
