Our initial workshops are situated in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, one of Paris's oldest districts, located on the left bank of the Seine. Its history dates back to antiquity when the Romans constructed a paved road that traversed the region. The district became a significant intellectual and religious center in the Middle Ages.

Since 2022, we have also opened our literary coffee shop at the same address, on the beautiful and very chic Rue des Saints-Pères. The place reinhabits a former bookstore, of which we've endeavored to preserve the spirit and ambiance, offering both dine-in and takeaway options, savory and sweet, bridging yesterday, today, here, and elsewhere. We're mindful of our Earth, exploring the flavors of tomorrow
