Recognizable by its white cloud of meringue, often shaped into an artistic sculpture, this delightful creation is a popular dessert, with each family having its own variation. Renowned chefs have reinterpreted this dessert by incorporating different flavor variations and playing with the surprising combinations it allows!
Guided by a professional pastry chef, you will learn step by step how to make the lemon meringue pie. From discovering the ingredients to the mixing process, you will go through each step, from baking to tasting. And, to conclude, you will leave with your creation! This experience will enable you to learn how to make a typically French recipe that you can reproduce at home, allowing you to share your own "French touch."
