Established in 2017, our classes offer a fun and high-quality way to learn the essentials of French bakery and pastry-making. Located in the historical neighborhoods of Le Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés & Notre-Dame de Paris in the heart of Paris, these courses aim to recreate the atmosphere of family gatherings and childhood recipe flavors while transmitting cherished traditions and immersing everyone in a warm and intimate universe.
