MAISON FLEURET – SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

 

(In-Person Experiences — No Physical Shipment)


1. Nature of our services

All products and services offered by Maison Fleuret – The Baking School are in-person recreational experiences taking place at our physical studio locations in Paris (France) and New York (USA). This includes, without limitation, all baking classes, pastry workshops, bread-making sessions, and any other hands-on culinary experience listed on our website.

No physical goods are sold or shipped. By completing a purchase on maisonfleuret.fr, the customer acknowledges that they are booking a seat at a live, in-person workshop and that no product will be dispatched by post, courier, or any other delivery method.


2. Booking confirmation & fulfillment

Upon successful payment, the customer receives a booking confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email constitutes proof of purchase and contains:

  • The full name and address of the studio where the experience will take place
  • The date, start time, and end time of the session
  • A link to the dedicated directions page for the relevant studio
  • Any specific instructions for arrival

It is the customer's responsibility to read the confirmation email, note the studio address, and arrive at the correct location at the scheduled time. Maison Fleuret considers its fulfillment obligations met upon dispatch of this confirmation email and upon having qualified staff and materials ready at the studio at the booked time.


3. Cancellations & refunds

  • More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or free reschedule, at the customer's choice.
  • Less than 48 hours before the session: No refund. A reschedule may be offered at Maison Fleuret's discretion.
  • No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): No refund. A no-show occurs when the customer does not attend the session at the correct studio address at the scheduled time, regardless of the reason, unless the cause is directly attributable to Maison Fleuret (see Section 4).
  • Reschedule requests: Must be submitted by email to hello@maisonfleuret.fr no later than 48 hours before the session.


4. Cancellation by Maison Fleuret

If Maison Fleuret cancels a session for any reason (including force majeure, instructor unavailability, or exceptional circumstances), customers will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule at the next available date. Maison Fleuret will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the customer.


5. Inability to locate the studio

Maison Fleuret provides detailed directions for each studio location, including photographs of the entrance, a Google Maps link, and public transport instructions, accessible at the time of booking and in the confirmation email. Failure to locate or access the studio does not constitute a failure of service on the part of Maison Fleuret, provided the correct address and directions were communicated in the booking confirmation. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately via our website chat or at hello@maisonfleuret.fr so that our team can assist in real time.
